Train-the-trainer courses dealing with the German VET are still highly popular. Together with CHONQQING Vocational Institute of Engineering from China, the team of Eckert Schools International has thus recently created the first program that will be held 100% online.

Gerald Saule (Head of Vocational Training International) and Hua Lei (Senior Project Manager International) were opening a sequence of trainings mid October with an introduction into the German VET.
Greetings from the school management of Chongqing Vocational Institute of Energeering

The 4-week-online course focusses on the combination of Industry 4.0/ Smart Production with vocational training according to the German model. The Chinese teachers will enjoy 80 lessons completely taught via the tool Microsoft Teams. The participants will conclude this practice-based train-the-trainer program with the well-recognized CIC-certificate "Professional Trainer International".

The first part of the course will focus on VET as well as on the didactic approach to teach Industry 4.0 within vocational training. Afterwards sequences about current trends of Industry 4.0 as well as Supply Chain Management within Smart Production will follow.

"Thus, the large-scale digitalisation campaign of Dr. Eckert Akademie has been consistently implemented and expanded on an international level", emphasises Markus Johannes Zimmermann, CEO and head of Dr. Eckert Akademie.

The future of industry is a core part of further eductation, e.g. for those studying to become State Certified Technicians . This is why CHONGQING requested Eckert Schools International again to teach the train-the-trainer course online.

The first mutual teacher-training program on the topic of surveying technology was successfully held back at the end of 2019 as a part of the cooperation between Eckert Schools International and CHONGQING Vocational Institute of Engineering.
