Seminar aims

In this course, you will learn the basics of the ISO 9000:2000 family of process models. You will be introduced to the essential procedures of quality management systems and recognise the moste important conditions which influence a management system (standard requirments, other aspects, partnerships). You will become more sensitive in the evaluation of testing results by being introduced to business statistics.
