Service Excellence for International Hospitality and Guest Relations
Guest Intelligence is aimed at specialists and managers from the hotel and gastronomy sectors who want to further develop service quality in an increasingly international and automated environment. The seminar provides practical skills for excellent guest care, professional communication and confident handling of demanding service situations.
While digital processes and automation are changing many workflows in the hospitality industry, personal interaction, empathy and cultural understanding remain decisive factors for a compelling guest experience. This is exactly where the programme comes in: participants learn to better understand the expectations of international guests, identify critical service moments and act professionally in challenging situations.
The seminar supports companies and educational partners in strengthening service competence in a targeted way and preparing employees for the demands of a diverse guest structure.

Content:
The content of Guest Intelligence combines professional service competence, intercultural understanding and practice-oriented communication for international hospitality contexts.
Service in the age of automation
Participants analyse which service interactions cannot be fully automated and what role personal competence plays in the modern guest experience. The focus is on the “last metre” of service, meaning the moment when professional human interaction makes the decisive difference.
Intercultural service excellence
Different cultural expectations regarding service, communication, politeness, complaint behaviour and attentiveness are reflected on. Participants develop the ability to recognise different service codes and respond to them appropriately in each situation.
Handling emotionally demanding situations
The seminar provides strategies for professionally dealing with complaints, language barriers, unexpected situations and vulnerable guests. The aim is to remain capable of action even under pressure and to ensure the quality of guest interaction.
Development of an operational service protocol
Participants develop an individual service protocol for their own work or business context. This includes concrete action steps, communication guidelines and transfer approaches for practical implementation.
